While the overall structure of the template remains fixed, users can personalize certain parts of the message to suit specific communication needs. All templates are pre-approved by WhatsApp to ensure compliance with their messaging policies and standards.
Building upon the successful integration of WhatsApp and introduction of WhatsApp templates, Yakchat's second rollout focused on further enriching the messaging experience.
