Navigating the complexities of choosing the right hospital or clinic can be daunting. Patients often struggle to find reliable information about the experiences of others, the services offered, and the overall quality of care provided. Essential details such as the range of laboratory services, wait times to see a doctor, cleanliness, affordability, and accepted health insurance plans are often fragmented and difficult to obtain.

The core features would be contained in this initial product launch and a new feature will be added on to accommodate HMOs and also support "patients and healthcare facilities" to make better decisions on what HMOs to engage with for their health-related solutions.
